Job summary

Erak is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Operations Assistant to join our team in Marmara region. You will follow up customer orders from placement to shipment, coordinate samples with customers, factory and R&D teams, and support daily operations to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in denim/woven apparel.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up customer orders from order placement to shipment.
• Provide support to the Customer Chief in all business processes and daily operations.
• Coordinate samples and orders with customers, factory and R&D teams.
• Communicate directly with customers and follow up on their requests and feedback.
• Monitor deadlines and critical orders, identifying potential delays and taking necessary actions.
• Ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.
• Support the team in maintaining customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
