Overview

As Limak Renewable Energy Company, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our renewable energy project development activities across various international markets, with a primary focus on solar and wind energy investments. The ideal candidate will contribute to the end-to-end development process and provide strategic and technical leadership in cross-border projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate project development activities in targeted countries from initial assessment to the pre-construction stage,
  • Conduct international site visits and provide detailed technical and regulatory feasibility assessments,
  • Oversee and evaluate preliminary technical and financial analyses of renewable energy projects, ensuring investment viability,
  • Supervise and review engineering studies, including layout design, yield assessments, and equipment selection,
  • Ensure compliance with key electrical design criteria and interconnection standards,
  • Manage relationships with local and international stakeholders, including developers, technical advisors, consultants, and permitting authorities,
  • Support internal decision-making processes through regular reporting and presentation of project development progress to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electrical-Electronics or Energy Systems Engineering,
  • Minimum of 7–8 years of hands-on experience in renewable project development and management, with exposure to international markets being a strong plus,
  • Proficiency in PVsyst, PVcase, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools,
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus,
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills,
  • Self-driven, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
