Qualifications

- Preferably with experience in manufacturing or finance/banking sectors

- Location: İstanbul / Ataşehir – 5 days On-site working model
- In addition to help desk, audio-visual systems, inventory, and IT budget management, experience in areas such as cybersecurity, networking, virtualization, server installation with third parties, and management of network-storage-infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Ensure the continuity and strategic planning of critical infrastructure (network, storage, security, etc.) at the Technology Center.
- Ensure effective management of helpdesk processes across the Technology Center and enhance user satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth operation of audio and visual systems during events, meetings, and organizations held at the Technology Center.
- Provide technical support required for seamless presentations; set up and manage projectors, screens, audio and video equipment.
- Troubleshoot potential technical issues during events and provide support to participants.
- Develop IT and OT information security policies and risk management strategies across the Company and the Technology Center.
- Ensure the strategic management of hardware and software inventory used across the Company and the Technology Center.
- Optimize the software and applications used across the organization.
- Identify IT needs across the Company and the Technology Center, plan and design solutions, and ensure cost optimization.
- Prepare the annual IT budget and submit it for financial approval. Monitor and report expenses through monthly reviews.
- Establish strategic partnerships with IT vendors, especially Koç Sistem, across the Company and the Technology Center, monitor performance, and manage relationships.
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity for the Company and the Technology Center.
- Ensure the development, documentation, and optimization of IT processes for the Company and the Technology Center.
- Set performance goals for the IT team, and organize training and coaching programs to support professional development.
- Manage IT processes and organize audits to ensure compliance with regulations such as KVKK and GDPR.
- Take responsibility for planning, managing, and developing solutions for the strategic IT projects of the Company and the Technology Center.
