Job Description

Scorpios Bodrum is seeking an Assistant F&B Outlet Manager to oversee and ensure the seamless and efficient day-to-day operation of our flagship venue. Reporting directly to the F&B Outlet Manager, this role is integral to upholding Scorpios' high standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences while contributing to the company’s financial goals. With strong leadership and organizational skills, the successful candidate will oversee a team, work with multiple departments, contribute to budgeting, and ensure the venue's overall upkeep and functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring they align with Scorpios standards and brand ethos.
  • Verify the venue's condition both before opening and after closing to ensure it meets appropriate standards.
  • Oversee and supervise the weekly shift.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring feedback is communicated and improvements are made where necessary.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the team to ensure consistent service standards.
  • Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of events.
  • Collaborate with department heads to adjust the ambiance, lighting, and music volume based on the day, area, and time of the day, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable atmosphere according to senior management’s direction.
  • Manage inventory, updating the F&B Manager.
  • Ensure that guests have an exceptional experience by training and coaching staff in Scorpios hospitality standards.
  • Collaborate with the hosting and reservations team to optimize table assignments and guest flow.
  • Implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction, including personalized service and timely response to guest needs.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire a skilled and dedicated team for the department, ensuring they embody Scorpios' values and standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and address staff development needs.
  • Generate reports on the F&B operations, guest feedback, and performance metrics based on Scorpios reporting standards.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the F&B Manager to enhance the guest experience and performance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the venue to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations to create a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as an Assistant F&B Outlet Manager or comparable role in high-end restaurants, 5* hotels, or beach clubs.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of reservation or F&B management systems.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset to handle demanding situations.
