Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Chief Engineer in Luxury Resorts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the day-to-day operation of the departments office duties and general administration is completed competently and in a given time.
• Attend and report to Director of Engineering any actions or action plans that may arise from inspections by local authorities.
• Become a senior member of the Resort's emergency response team.
• Support company's philosophy and culture to ensure Guest Satisfaction.
• Ensure that the Engineering Departments and Hotels Policy and Procedures are followed.
• Provide outstanding service through quality control checklists and training.
• Meet with the Director of Engineering and Shift Engineers daily.

Responsibilities
