Job summary

Unilever is seeking an S2P Operations Manager to lead Source to Pay operations in Turkey, reporting to the Director, Market Operations PTAB. The role spans Turkey and Kazakhstan, focusing on delivering improvements across invoice-to-pay processes while partnering with Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in finance, with MBA or similar qualification preferred, and experience in P2P processes. Full-time on-site position based in Turkey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance.
• Masters/MBA preferred.
• P2P process and operations experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth running of invoice to pay operations via accurate processing and controls.
• Delivery of KPIs and continuous improvement of operational KPIs.
• Escalation management for issues impacting timely payments and processes.
• Ensure smooth operations of Helpdesk and escalations associated.
• Stakeholder management within markets including Finance, Procurement and market leadership.
• Ensure controls compliance in operations including adherence to local statutory norms and lead market audits.
• Drive global and local cost initiatives to ensure delivery of cost and cash glidepaths.
• Drive change and operations governance of global and local transformation programs.
• Lead transformation programs to create efficiency and effectiveness for the organization.
• Manage 3rd party stakeholders to deliver best-in-class results where applicable.
• Mentor and motivate the team to deliver stellar results and help achieve career aspirations.
• Partner with Global teams such as PEC, Global Operations, other OCs, GCAD to enhance current operations.

Job Purpose

This role exists to run Source to Pay operations for above region and partner with Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain to deliver meaningful improvements
