SPIE Turbomachinery in Turkey seeks an experienced Asset Integrity lead to drive RBI, SECE and CMMS programs for a petrochemical plant. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team and ensure inspections align with international codes, maintenance plans, and asset registers.

You will coordinate with process, HSE, reliability, layout, and operations teams, while maintaining strict HSE adherence and quality standards across global projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and international project exposure.
• Familiar with RBI, SECE and CMMS domains.
• Understanding of ISO 55000, ISO 14224 and API standards.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Asset Integrity Assessments and Life Extension programs for the petrochemical plant.
• Integrate maintainability and inspectability requirements into design reviews.
• Establish baseline inspection dossiers and ensure procedures align with project specs.
• Establish inspection strategies and schedules per industry codes and regulations.
• Approve and track baseline inspections and monitor performance gaps with improvement actions.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of maintenance and inspection engineers and coordinate with process, HSE, reliability, layout, and operations teams.
• Prepare O&M deliverables including Asset registers and maintenance plans compatible with CMMS and digital asset management systems.
• Adhere to HSE policies and deliver safe, high-quality maintenance solutions.

Conduct Asset Integrity Assessments and Life Extension programs specifically for the petrochemical plant.
Integrate maintainability and inspectability requirements into design reviews.
Establish baseline inspection dossiers and ensure technical procedures align with project specifications.

2. Asset Integrity Management:
Establish inspection strategies and schedules in compliance with industry codes and regulations.
Approve and track the execution of baseline inspections.
Identify and address performance gaps by creating and monitoring improvement action plans.

3. Technical Leadership & Coordination:
Manage and guide a multidisciplinary team of maintenance and inspection engineers.
Coordinate with process, HSE, reliability, layout, and operations teams.
Review vendor documentation for maintainability compliance.
Track subcontractor performance monthly regarding quality, HSE, and execution plans.

Lead the preparation of O&M engineering deliverables, including Asset registers and maintenance plans.
Ensure all deliverables are compatible with CMMS and digital asset management systems.

5. QHSE Compliance:
Adhere strictly to company HSE policies and procedures.
Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and environmentally responsible maintenance solutions.

CONTRACT TERMS & MOBILITY :
Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile
Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas
Strong engineering performance s by ensuring the petrochemical plant is fully prepared for safe and efficient operations by end of 2027
Successful establishment of a long-term safety and performance roadmap

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).

Advanced certifications in operations management or process safety

Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus

Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or relevant Engineering fields.

5 to 10 years specifically dedicated to Integrity Management, including QC, Inspection, Class, and Certification.

Proven track record with at least two projects in asset management.

Mastery of Key Domains of asset management, specifically RBI, SECE and CMMS.

Strong familiarity with international standards including ISO 55000, ISO 14224, and API.

Ability to develop technical solutions within an operational context.

General knowledge of equipment, methods, and processes used in Petrochemical or Maintenance Engineering environments.

Expertise in PDH-PP petrochemical plant operational readiness and O&M preparation phases.

Advanced skills in planning and Microsoft Office tools.

Capacity to track performance monthly and identify gaps to create improvement action plans.

Strong HSE culture and Ethics & Quality orientation.

Practical knowledge and application of Risk Analysis.

Commitment to adhering to company HSE policies to ensure safe and environmentally responsible maintenance solutions.

Strong team management and leadership skills.
