Job summary

Jobtailor in Fatih, Istanbul, is seeking an enthusiastic developer to join the Flutter/Dart team. You will build and ship features across the Flutter app, including onboarding, lessons, roleplays, AI voice conversations, and monetization.

Responsibilities include real-time voice flows, backend integration, bug fixes, performance improvements, and data-driven UX enhancements. Occasional backend/mobile/QA work is expected.

Qualifications

• Curious about AI, mobile apps, and real-time voice experiences.
• Experience building features in Flutter/Dart end to end.
• Familiar with REST and WebSocket APIs and async flows.
• Focused on performance and polished UX.
• Able to read backend code when needed.
• Excellent English communication.
• Bonus: published apps, real-time audio, native code, CI/CD, or backend work.

Responsibilities

• Join codebase from day one and contribute across the Flutter app.
• Build onboarding, lessons, roleplays, AI voice conversations, and monetization.
• Work on real-time voice interactions and natural flows.
• Integrate with backend services and APIs, with backend digging when needed.
• Identify and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
• Analyze funnels, activation, usage, and paywall effects.
• Test features before launch and push for UX improvements.
• Ship fast, measure results, and iterate.
• Occasionally work on mobile, backend, QA or performance tasks.
