What you’ll do
  1. Achieve the realization of the monthly targets of exclusive channel and field sales channels in South Anatolia.
  2. Manage and develop relations between dealers and the company.
  3. Report activities of rivals in the area of responsibility.
  4. Manage partners' focus within the region by coaching and supporting their sales teams according to processes.
  5. Track and perform all KPIs of the company.
  6. Develop the subscriber base and number in the region.
  7. Plan and leverage campaigns and activities to increase subscriber numbers and motivate partners and their sales teams to offer and deploy company's products and services.
Who you are
  • University degree.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in field sales and dealer management.
  • Target and result-oriented.
  • Leadership skills to manage and coordinate.
  • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence sales teams.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to build a network across other departments of the company.
