Job Description

We are searching for a meticulous and organized Archive Responsible to join our Hub.

Manage the coordination, organization, and maintenance of the employee documentation archive, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Ensure accurate filing, safe storage, easy retrieval, and confidentiality of employee records and related documentation.

Develop and implement document management systems and procedures to improve archiving processes.

Act as the main point of contact for document retrieval requests and provide support during audits or inspections.

Regularly review archived materials to update, reclassify, or securely dispose of outdated records according to the company’s retention policy.

Support initiatives to digitize physical archives and maintain digital records efficiently.

Continuously seek opportunities for improving document management and archiving processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Library Sciences, Information Management or a related discipline is preferred.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Experience or strong interest in document management, archiving or records administration.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with document management systems is a plus.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
