We are looking for an Architectural Support Responsible to join Şişecam Headquarters – Stores Development Management Team in Tuzla / Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from Department of Architecture or Interior Architecture
  • Minimum 5 years of architecture experience, preferably in retail sector
  • Ability to research, adapt and implement new architectural designs
  • High learning agility to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Results-driven with a strong motivation to achieve targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, preferably knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, SAP
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • No restrictions for domestic travels
  • Valid B driving licence
Job Description

Reporting directly to the Contract & Stores Expansion Supervisor, roles and responsibilities include:

  • Based on the decision to open a store, in accordance with the store area and capacity plans, ensure the preparation of the preliminary project, organize architectural meetings, present the project, and collect revision requests, working with the Architecture Project Management Company
  • Pre-controlling architectural, mechanical and electrical projects of new store openings
  • Preparing architectural projects and discovery lists for renovations
  • Managing and monitoring the construction processes in accordance with the project
  • Organising the opening of the stores in accordance with Paşabahçe Stores’ standards, within the specified time frame, and within the budget determined based on tender results from the Supply Chain Deputy Directorate General or Şişecam Construction Directorate
  • Ensuring processes of current stores are carried out in accordance with the rules and standards
  • Creating architectural designs for renovation requests in accordance with the Store Development Manager's instructions
  • Providing support for the development of necessary materials such as display units, POSM, etc., used at points of sale
  • Monitoring the architectural needs of current stores and presenting solution proposals along with their budgets
