What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage all AQUAPANEL operations within the region, taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash flow, and quality targets.
  • Lead the AQUAPANEL architectural specification team, AQUAPANEL regional technical manager and oversee channel development strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and product/service performance in the Turkish and Caucasian markets.
  • Conduct business planning and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Drive CRM data quality and ensure accurate project pipeline tracking.
  • Penetrate target accounts and develop new business through prospecting, qualification, and closing.
  • Establish and manage dealer/builder merchant and installer/contractor networks.
  • Provide account management to existing territories and build long-term client relationships.
  • Create and execute strategic marketing plans in collaboration with local partners/agencies.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor regional staff, including performance evaluations and training.
  • Foster a team-oriented and commercially driven culture within the AQUAPANEL team.
  • Provide product/system expertise to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support brand positioning and adherence to road safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with HQ for all technical, commercial, administrative, and marketing matters.

  • University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Economics and Administrative Sciences, preferably with relevant sector experience or a strong technical understanding.
  • 5–7 years of experience selling premium building systems via architects, planners, and general contractors
  • Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, MS Office
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel intensively; valid driver’s license
  • Strong commercial mindset and customer orientation
  • Open-minded with a proactive leadership approach
  • Excellent team spirit and ability to work cross-functionally
