Reporting to the Sales Manager in an OpCo, this role opens doors, builds customer relations, and collaborates with the Technical Sales Advisor on highly technical sales processes to realize commercial

Responsibilities

• Sales planning and execution: co-develops and executes the sales plan for the assigned area to meet objectives and targets.
• Customer acquisition: approaches and acquires new customers to retain and grow the base.
• Customer management: builds trust and identifies customer needs to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
• Value selling: demonstrates capabilities by aligning products/services to explicit customer needs.
• Issue resolution: handles complaints/queries with timely follow-up and collaboration with Sales & Customer Services.
• Tools: maintains and improves sales processes and records outcomes for future actions.
• Management information: provides insights to management and ensures data is stored for timely decisions.
• Internal networking: maintains product/technical knowledge and prepares quotes to close sales.
• Projects: may participate in sales/customer service projects.
