Job summary

Timac Agro Avrasya is seeking an experienced Animal Nutrition Product Manager in Türkiye to lead product development, field trials, and training initiatives across the animal nutrition portfolio. The role requires a degree in Agriculture or Veterinary Medicine, 4+ years in R&D and sales‑focused marketing, strong English, and proven ability to translate technical insights into commercial growth.

You will collaborate with dealers, train ATCs and DRs, and build key relationships with opinion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Agronomy) or Veterinary Medicine.
• 4+ years of experience in R&D, product development and training within agriculture/livestock.
• Currently residing in Türkiye’s major metropolitan cities.
• Ability to support training activities and translate into sales performance with strong sales/marketing focus.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong planning, follow-up and initiative-taking skills.
• High persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
• Valid Class B driving licence and active driving skills.
• Completion of military service.

Responsibilities

• Analyse local customer expectations, feeding habits and nutritional needs to support development and profitability; provide suitable animal nutrition solutions and recommendations.
• Provide commercial teams with nutrition-based methodologies to enable large-scale sales; manage field trials and convert results into marketing tools.
• Act as company ambassador in dealer relations; participate in dealer meetings and agricultural events to present technologies clearly.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in animal nutrition.
• Deliver technical training in the field to support the use of animal nutrition techniques for sales arguments.
• Ensure ATCs and DRs are technically well‑equipped at start of their roles.
• Manage, monitor and sustain KPIs and methodologies to promote our system and retain customers.
• Consolidate field feedback to contribute to new product development and share insights with relevant departments.
• Develop expertise in assigned strategic products and prepare supporting sales arguments and content.
• Execute assigned annual projects.

Job Description

• Provide the commercial team with methodologies and technical approaches based on animal nutrition to enable large‑scale sales; manage field trials, collect successful results and transform these insights into effective marketing and sales tools


• Act as a company ambassador in dealer relations; participate in key dealer meetings, large‑scale farmer/producers events and agricultural fairs to ensure accurate and reliable presentation of our technologies; make technology accessible and understandable for farmers and dealers


• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in animal nutrition


• Deliver technical training in the field to support the use of animal nutrition techniques as sales arguments; ensure newly hired ATCs and DRs are technically well‑equipped at the start of their roles
