Results Expected

• Ship production-ready updates to the Play Store every week — with ≥95% on-time release rate, zero critical regressions, and ≥99.9% crash-free sessions across all supported Android versions and devices
• Consistently identify and optimize UI performance each quad, with measurable improvements toward sustained 60fps
• Automate tests across all new and critical-path features — covering logic, UI flows, and regressions — with zero-blocker gaps at release time
• Own mobile features end-to-end — delivering 100% of assigned features on time, with blockers proactively resolved across design, backend, and product
