PANTEON in Ankara is seeking an AI-Native Full Stack Developer to join a high-traffic BI tool project. You will contribute to development, write robust code, and own parts of the solution.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong JavaScript, NodeJS, React, database and cloud skills, English proficiency, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You will work with Marketing and Game Design teams and actively use AI tools to enhance product delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional work experience in this field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript; experience with NodeJS and React.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud services such as AWS.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) in development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and Game Design teams to develop a high-traffic BI tool.
• Ensure requirements are implemented effectively and write clean, scalable code.
• Actively use AI tools in daily development and validate generated code.

Making your thought process visible while working with AI; ability to explain the reasoning behind decisions. Clarity and context management in prompt engineering; knowing how to ask the right questions the right way.

Work as part of our team in collaboration with Marketing and Game Design teams. Take part in the development process of a high-traffic BI tool. Ensure requirements are implemented effectively. Write error-free and sustainable code. Actively use AI tools in your daily development process — how you use them, when you use them, and what you choose to do yourself is important to us. Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the generated code; AI is the tool, you are the engineer. Work hard, learn a lot, and have plenty of fun with the team.
