Job summary

SnA, a business analytics consultancy in Istanbul, seeks highly motivated individuals for data engineering, analytics, and AI projects. The role emphasizes delivering scalable data and AI pipelines across Cloud and On-Prem environments while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

You will contribute to AI/ML model development, MLOps adoption, and ongoing research into AI and data technologies, supported by a modern Istanbul workplace and flexible home-office options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical program from a reputable university.
• Experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of Python for data engineering, AI/ML development, and SQL.
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation).
• Basic understanding of AI/ML pipelines, including data preparation, training, inference, and monitoring.
• Asserive, fast learner, highly organized, and curious about emerging AI and data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and internal consultants on data, analytics, and AI projects.
• Design and build scalable data and AI pipelines across Cloud and On-Prem environments.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with MLOps concepts such as experiment tracking, model versioning, and CI/CD for ML
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Apache Airflow or Argo Workflow
• Experience with one or more cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) , including managed AI services
• Experience with LLM or Generative AI concepts (prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG architectures)
