Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, product management, and digital marketing processes
• Proficiency in actively utilizing generative AI tools for content creation, copywriting, visual concept drafting, and data analysis
• Fundamental to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with campaign setup and performance tracking
• Strong command of digital marketing tools (GA4, GTM) and SEO & GEO practices
• Hands-on experience with on-site marketing tools (Insider, Webengage)
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace integrations
• Strong analytical thinking and interest in emerging technologies and e-commerce trends

Responsibilities

• Manage catalog, pricing, inventory, and content on the e-commerce platform
• Leverage AI tools to generate SEO-optimized product descriptions and marketing copy
• Contribute to rapid visual and banner concept development using AI-assisted tools
• Monitor Meta and Google Ads performance and support campaign execution
• Analyze sales, website traffic, conversion rates, and ad metrics to present reports
• Optimize processes to enhance customer experience and reduce workload through automation
• Plan, configure, and track promotional campaigns and discounts
