Hiwell seeks a product-minded professional to shape AI agents that become part of the product experience. You will prototype agents, validate them with the engineering team, and drive workflows that speed up the product organization.

Hiwell is the leading online therapy platform in Turkey, Greece, and Portugal, connecting more than one million people with over 2,000 psychologists. Today, we also operate across Spain, France, Italy, and Brazil, and we're building AI-native workflows into every part of how our product team operates and what we ship.

What You'll Do

You'll work across two fronts: agents that touch our users, and agents that make the product team itself faster. That means you'll:

• Prototype AI agents that become part of the product experience (think: guidance, recommendations, support flows) and work with engineering to take them from prototype to production.
• Build and run AI agents that automate product team work, spec drafts, QA passes, data pulls, reporting, and other repeatable tasks.
• Partner closely with engineering on scoping, technical feasibility, and getting things live safely.
• Operate what's already running day-to-day: check output quality, catch issues, keep things working.
• Iterate on prompts and workflows based on real usage and results, not assumptions.

What We're Looking For

This role doesn't have a well-worn path yet, so we're open to two different backgrounds:

• A product background (product manager, product analyst, product operations) with genuine hands-on curiosity about AI tools, you've actually built or prototyped something with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, not just used them casually.
• Or an AI-related background (applied AI, AI/ML products, prompt engineering, AI tooling) with a pull toward product work and the instincts to go with it.

Either path works. What matters more than which box you check:

• Enough technical fluency to build a working prototype and hold a real conversation with engineers about implementation, you don't need to be a software engineer, but you're not intimidated by an API doc.
• Comfort with automation logic and systems thinking. Experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier is a strong plus, but if you don't have it yet, you should be someone who picks it up fast.
• Product sense: you can look at a workflow and see where an agent actually helps versus where it just adds noise.
• Curiosity. We care more about people who constantly experiment than people who simply know every tool.

• You've shipped an AI agent or AI-powered feature that real users touched.
• You've worked closely with an engineering team as a non-engineer.
• You're the person who opens every new AI product on launch day.
