About the Role

We are looking for an Agentic AI Architect with deep expertise in n8n workflow orchestration and AI agentic design to help us build intelligent, autonomous systems that can reason, act, and collaborate across our digital ecosystem.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about designing AI-driven automation architectures, connecting APIs, and orchestrating multi-agent workflows using n8n, LLMs, and vector databases.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable AI workflows that integrate internal and external data sources, automate decision processes, and empower our platform with reasoning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI-driven agentic workflows using n8n (and other workflow engines if needed).
• Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, memory, and goal tracking.
• Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) into automation pipelines for reasoning, retrieval, and action execution.
• Develop tools and nodes that extend n8n functionality (custom triggers, functions, and integrations).
• Design and maintain context-aware data flows using vector databases, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with backend teams to build API-driven, event-based architectures (Kafka, Webhooks, REST, GraphQL).
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and observability of workflows (monitoring, retries, failover strategies).
• Contribute to prompt engineering, context management, and orchestration layer design for agentic systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, Backend, Product, DevOps) to embed agentic logic into core business processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in workflow automation or system integration (n8n etc.).
• Proven experience designing and implementing AI-oriented automation systems or multi-agent architectures.
• Solid understanding of n8n internals, including custom node development, triggers, and authentication flows.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), prompt chaining, and context injection.
• Experience working with Redis, MongoDB, and vector databases (Pinecone, Redis Vector, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills; ability to design modular, scalable architectures.
• Bonus: experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
