POWER TK AS is part of FÉTIS Group, a French family-owned company founded in 1978, supporting 22 countries with 660 employees across Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Your Mission

As Aftermarket Growth Manager, your main mission consists in developing Perkins Parts Sales by applying POWER TK’s strategy. You contribute to its definition and you are accountable for its execution. You have authority to correct and adapt when needed and upon validation. You lead a team of field and inside Sales Representatives which number may vary upon sales development. Focused on performance, you are accountable for results and focused on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the deployment of the aftermarket strategy for Power TK
  • Size and adapt the sales force
  • Manage of the field and inside sales force
  • Guarantor of figures and performance
  • Perkins contacts for the Aftermarket deployment
  • Pilot performance through Distribution Excellence indicators

You also organise the warehouse to run the parts flow in and out with smooth transaction and process within an optimum cost.

Profile Required
  • Strong experience in sales team management
  • Strong experience in business development
  • Must be familiar with Heavy machines market in Turkey and Spare Parts activity
  • Fluent English level is a must. You will be in contact with Perkins UK directly
  • Real IT Skills (Proficient in Excel, Word Documents and web applications)
  • You need to be organized and reliable
