A leading automotive safety company located in Gebze, Turkey is looking for an AEU Deployment Area Lead - Master Data & Packaging. In this role, you will lead deployment activities, train key users, and ensure the integrity of data validation processes. The ideal candidate will have several years of operational experience in the functional area and strong communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Lead Fit & Gap analysis together with Business Process Analyst.
  • Train Key User in the solution and provide deep functional knowledge.
  • Support Key Users in data conversion and validation activities.
  • Coordinate and validate testing with Key Users.

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

  • Leads Fit & Gap - analysis together with Business Process Analyst, Application Architects and Key Users
  • Support BPA / Key User in collecting Business Requirements to initiate functional design
  • Provide input for customization of solution (basic customizing and local gaps)
  • Lead deployment activities for his/her functional area
  • Coordinate deployment activities with key users and Central team in their area
  • Coordinate, give input and validate the training material (updated by 2nd level support)
  • Train Key User in the solution & solution usage incl exception handling and provide deep functional and process knowledge of the functional area
  • Support Key User in data conversion and data validation activities, ensure consistency between migration design and execution and address gaps / escalate issues to Lead Application Architect and Process Owner
  • Coordinate and validate test cases with Key Users (FAT, IT, UAT), ensure quality of solution validation
  • Manage, support and review integration testing, user acceptance testing.
  • Investigate and assign responsibilities for SIR (System Investigation Request) found during testing
  • Perform Key user training
  • Prepare and execute cutover steps and support Key User at go-live
  • Support Key Users in post go-live issue solving

If you have/are:

  • Good communication and training skill
  • Deep process and system knowledge of appointed area
  • Several years of Operational experience in the functional areaproject experience beneficial
  • Able to travel
