Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a skilled professional to evaluate and assure supplier-delivered Aero-Engine parts align with the customer build schedule. The role blends supply chain management, procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance, with travel and driving license required.

You will support OEM sites and suppliers with MRP, capacity analysis, and turn-around improvements, while ensuring compliance to ISO9000/AS9000/IRIS and part qualification standards.

Qualifications

• Understanding of manufacturing processes (Forging / Casting / Assembly / Machining)
• Planning, Raw material and Inventory management
• Experience with Process Planning and Production Readiness reviews
• Familiarity with Work Instructions and Control Plans
• Exposure to Lean methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of Inventory Management and handling
• Reading and interpreting production drawings and GD&T
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience with quality systems and industry standards (ISO9000 / AS9000 / IRIS / COC) compliance
• Knowledge of PPAP/FAI/RCCA processes
• Structured problem solving (DMAIC / Lean / 6 Sigma)
• Experience in Aerospace/Rail industries
• Customer-facing experience

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Management and Production Planning support across OEM sites and suppliers
• Data gathering and analysis to close engineering questions and non-conformances
• Monitor MRP, Production schedules, WIP and non-conformances against delivery dates
• Identify bottlenecks, perform gap analyses, create mitigation plans
• Develop positive relationships with engineers, buyers, and program management
• Part transition planning, execution, and verification
• Document, summarize, and disseminate information per requirements
• Develop/Enhance work instructions to implement best practices
