What You’ll Do
- Define and implement division framework and KPI ambitions.
- Drive Onefluence agency success and streamline business reporting.
- Sustain strong alignment with Multidivisional Teams’ objectives, compliance, and reporting.
- Generate strong internal stakeholder engagement at all levels on the transformation journey.
- Guide brands and functions in executing high-value work.
- Drive innovation and thought leadership.
- Generate valuable audience and community insights via collaborations with Multidiv, CMI, or external partners.
- Own the relationship with key agencies, monitoring tools, and platform providers.
- Drive productivity and efficiency via strong coordination of key multi-brand projects and synergies.
- Manage projects for strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media for influencer content, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and measurable ROI at division level.
- Identify, evaluate, and adopt new media formats and platforms for influencer partnerships to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish and enforce standards for content quality, brand safety, and compliance across all influencer collaborations and media deployments.
- Identify areas to improve spend productivity and operational efficiency in related business processes.
- Maintain compliance and control on A&I topics.
- Upskill, guide, and share knowledge on these topics within the division by implementing the learning agenda across teams.
- Facilitate the creation and sharing of best practices.
Do You Have What It Takes
- Minimum 7 years of experience for Manager role in digital communications, influencer management, content production, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Consumer-centric mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
