Job summary

UNICEF Türkiye Country Office is seeking an Adolescent Development Officer in Gaziantep to advance child rights and youth development. The role supports programme planning, monitoring, and partnership building within the ADAP section, reporting to the Gaziantep Field Office leadership.

The candidate will contribute technical guidance, engage stakeholders, and foster innovative learning to enhance adolescent programmes in Türkiye. Competitive benefits accompany this temporary appointment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in Social Science, International Development, Education, or Youth studies.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience in Social Development/Adolescent Development.
• Proven skills in Adolescent Development, Civil engagement, and collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Knowledge of another UN language is desirable.
