Location: ADM Wild Gida – Turkey

Key Responsibilities

• Execute finance and controlling tasks, including P&L management and month-end closing.
• Support financial reporting, ensuring compliance with tax, US GAAP, and Local GAAP.
• Provide financial training and consulting to non-finance staff to enhance awareness and accountability.
• Manage documentation and official approvals/signatures.
• Collaborate with operational teams, offering financial insights and problem-solving support.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Prior finance/controlling experience preferred.
• Strong command of finance and accounting principles.
• Experience with SAP, Excel (mandatory), and Power BI.
• Proven ability to manage complex problem-solving situations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
