We are seeking an Accounting Assistant Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment and is eager to take ownership of end-to-end financial processes - from budgeting and forecasting to reporting and compliance - in support of high-tech projects such as advanced RF communication systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical financial skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset to help ensure operational efficiency and financial accuracy in a fast-paced, R&D-focused setting.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or Labor Economics,
  • Preferably holding or pursuing CPA certification; open to certifications like Level 3 (SPL) / CMA,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance (experience in tech, R&D-incentivized companies, or manufacturing sectors is a plus),
  • Proficient in general accounting processes,
  • Knowledge of Logo Tiger Enterprise ERP system,
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel,
  • Familiar with e-Invoice and e-Archive processes,
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills,
  • Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, and problem-solving ability,
  • Successful in planning, prioritization, and time management; adaptable to fast-paced environments,
  • Committed to ethical standards, confidentiality, and internal control principles,
  • Strong follow-up and time management skills.
Job Description
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) in compliance with local GAAP (VUK),
  • Preparing accounts receivable and payable aging reports regularly, and optimizing collection/payment schedules,
  • Recording and consistency checks of foreign exchange valuation differences, and conducting foreign exchange gain/loss analysis,
  • Participating in budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing variance analysis reports, and supporting improvement suggestions,
  • Preparing cash flow projections, managing liquidity, and coordinating with banks,
  • Supporting tax declaration processes (VAT, Withholding, Provisional Tax, Corporate Tax) by collecting and verifying data and ensuring timely submission,
  • Assisting in audit processes (independent audit, tax inspection, incentive audits), and preparing necessary documentation and explanations,
  • Performing voucher checks, account reconciliations, and taking part in process automation and development projects in ERP, e-ledger, and e-invoice systems.
