Responsibilities

1. Manage accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cost accounting, and commissions.
2. Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
3. Prepare and maintain day-to-day cash flow analysis and planning.
4. Supervise accounting team in preparing journal entries, reconciliations, accruals.
5. Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal reporting tools.
6. Ensure high-quality documentation, accuracy, and timeliness of management reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
8. Oversee compliance with tax legislation and regulatory reporting requirements.
9. Support statutory audits, group audits, and internal audit processes.
10. Supervise tax declarations in line with local and international requirements.
11. Optimize accounting processes through ERP system ensuring data integrity and system-driven workflows.
12. Collaborate on future finance automation and system improvement projects.
13. Manage investment and public funding incentive processes.
14. Manage intercompany & transfer pricing activities.
15. Coordinate the work of the Board of Directors and the General Meeting.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2. CPA, SMMM or YMM is a strong plus.
3. At least 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, and controlling roles.
4. Experience with consolidated reporting and group structures is preferred.
5. Strong knowledge of local GAAP, IFRS, and tax legislation.
6. Proficiency in ERP systems (Canias preferred), advanced Excel, and financial reporting tools.
7. Very good English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
8. IFRS reporting is a strong plus.
9. Strong understanding of internal and external control frameworks.
10. Leadership and management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
