Job summary

ISTANBUL'74 ARTS AND CULTURE PLATFORM seeks an experienced Account Director to lead the Client Services team in Istanbul. You will own senior client relationships, oversee briefs, proposals and budgets, and drive profitability and quality across accounts.

You will manage cross-functional teams across creative, production and finance, develop accounts, and mentor staff while maintaining strong client satisfaction and growth in a premium brands portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Client Services / Account Management experience in a creative, advertising or integrated agency environment.
• Experience working with premium brands across fashion, beauty, hospitality, art and culture is highly valued.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Bringing together strategy, creative direction, branding, content, photography and film production, ’74STUDIO develops integrated creative work for leading local and international brands.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead our Client Services team and take senior ownership of key client accounts.

This is a leadership role combining client management, team management and commercial ownership. You will oversee accounts from initial brief and proposal through creative development, delivery and financial closure, while leading and developing the team responsible for them.

Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Based in Istanbul.
