Who we're looking for:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join VML. As the Account Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and support to clients in driving short-term sales and building long-term brand value.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Leading agency internal stakeholders as well as client team to provide holistic project management.
  2. Coordinating & advising stakeholders on overall execution processes to meet project KPI’s and brand needs.
  3. Daily management of the agency team & processes.
What you'll need:
  1. 10+ years of experience in account management at an agency.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational skills.
  4. Good knowledge of English.
  5. Relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
  6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of brand challenges.
