Job Description:

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced individual to lead our Civil & Structural team. The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the design of reinforced concrete and steel structures, particularly in industrial facilities.
• Preferably, experience with dynamic analysis.
• Expertise in applying relevant national and international standards (EN, AISC, ASCE, ACI).
• Strong communication skills, particularly in coordinating with multinational project teams.
• Proficiency in professional design software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, and Tekla Structures.
• Advanced English language skills.
• No travel restrictions, with the flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate calculation reports for steel and reinforced concrete structures, ensuring they meet all project specifications and standards.
• Participate in regular coordination meetings (weekly/biweekly) with customers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and follow project schedules to ensure deadlines are met within the required timeframes.
• Address and respond to technical inquiries from site teams and subcontractors, providing expert guidance.
• Perform additional structural calculations when required to support ongoing project needs.
