• Create high-quality 3D models, including game assets, characters, and environments
• Develop and refine 3D assets from concept through to final implementation
• Take 2D object and environment concepts into 3D game assets
• Create realistic lighting setups and final renderings
• Ensure uniform aesthetic, stylistic, and technical quality across the entire game
• Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques to continually enhance our visual experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Artist or similar role in the gaming industry
• Proficiency with industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, and Maya
• Excellent understanding of modelling, texturing, shading, and lighting
• Ability to create both high and low-poly models and optimize them for performance
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for gaming and an understanding of game art trends and techniques
