Job description

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates to lead work streams in strategy consulting engagements. You will own a portion of the customer problems and lead teams of Associates to solve them. Consultants work under the direction of a Case Manager and interact with customer teams, Dogma Alares Partners, and Senior Advisors daily.

Responsibilities

1. Own a portion of the customer problem, break down that problem into smaller pieces and organise the Associate team for analysis


2. Execute high-quality, fact-based analysis


3. Develop solutions to solve the customer problem and develop


4. Build analytical/financial models to support the recommendations


5. Support business development efforts from a content development perspective


6. Interview entry-level Associates and support the growth of talent in the company


7. Lead internal projects to make the firm a better and more competitive place

What we offer

Consultants are given a competitive package (including share options to a selected few) and are expected to move to the Case Manager role as they develop in their current roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top university (Previous candidates came from İTÜ, ODTÜ, Boğaziçi, Bilkent, Koç, Sabancı, and Galatasaray, but we love to be challenged


• Minimum 2 years of consulting or 4 years of industry experience is required


• Experience in one of the following industries is preferred (Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Retail, marketplace, fintech)


• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills and a high level of conceptual thinking are required


• Clear communication skills


• Can work effectively from the shop floor up to the Board level.


• Ability to work independently is expected
