Job summary
A leading mortgage solutions company in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide desktop engineering support in their fast-growing office. The successful candidate will troubleshoot critical problems, maintain internal IT infrastructure, and deliver regular support for IT applications. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, strong communication skills, and relevant IT certifications.
Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of experience in IT helpdesk/ticketing system or technical support.
- Some experience in networking setup and support is a definite advantage.
- Immediate availability will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide regular scheduled and ad hoc support for IT infrastructure and user desktop applications.
- Troubleshoot, monitor & report on critical problems to the client.
- Maintain and troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure including PC procurement and setup.
