Job summary

Dyson Singapore Technology Centre is seeking a Principal Security Solution Architect (IAM) to lead enterprise IAM initiatives and implement Zero Trust across Dyson's connected products. You will design and deploy identity and access management solutions, govern access and devices, and work with global teams to ensure security is integrated into product development.

Qualifications

• Experience in IAM topics: identity management, access control, PAM, and secrets management.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM, LDAP; MFA mechanisms.
• Hands-on design, implementation, and customization of IAM security solutions.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, CISM; cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services to management to redesign IAM controls and requirements.
• Identify and resolve design weaknesses in identities, access, and authentication systems.
• Recommend improvements to the enterprise IAM architecture against evolving threats.
• Balance business needs with security and develop scalable security operating models.
• Collaborate with CSR and stakeholders to manage cybersecurity projects with virtual teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents and changes as required.
