Job summary

Dyson seeks an IAM Solutions Architect to implement Zero Trust for its technology-enabled products. You will design and implement enterprise IAM, focusing on continuous verification of identities, device posture, and least-privilege access.

Collaborate with CSR, engineering, and security teams to standardize IAM across cloud and on-prem environments. You will need certifications (CISSP, CISM, ITIL) and hands-on scripting with PowerShell or JavaScript, plus knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and

Qualifications

• Candidates should hold recognized information security certifications and demonstrate deep IAM expertise including identity management, access governance, and MFA concepts.
• A strong background in designing enterprise IAM solutions across on-premises and cloud environments is required.
• Experience with scripting and REST/JSON integration is highly valued.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM, and LDAP protocols is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory leadership to redesign IAM controls and act as Technical Product Manager for enterprise IAM enrolment.
• Identify and resolve complex identity, access, and authentication design issues.
• Recommend improvements to existing IAM architecture to meet evolving security threats.
• Develop and integrate security operating models and documentation for scalable operations.
• Lead cybersecurity projects with virtual teams and vendors to ensure successful implementations.
