Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Hostel/Resident Welfare Officer to oversee daily welfare, discipline, and regimentation of residents in a hostel environment. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work in rotating shifts.

You will manage safety protocols, assist with admissions, and engage residents through educational and recreational activities, while upholding integrity and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience; 5 years preferred for senior roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software.
• Core competencies include resilience, integrity, a service-oriented mindset, a commitment to excellence, and being a team player.

Responsibilities
