Responsibilities

• Casework & Counselling: assess risks, needs and plan interventions.
• Group Work: plan and implement group sessions; evaluate outcomes.
• Programme Development and Implementation: design and monitor programmes.
• System Linkage, Analysis and Engagement: engage policies and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Partnerships/Volunteer engagement and development: recruit and train volunteers.
• Evaluation & Research: identify trends and support evaluation activities.
• Documentation and Report Writing: maintain case/programme files and reports.
• Administrative and other duties: perform admin tasks as needed.
