Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. seeks a Youth Work Associate to strengthen targeted support for Students with Additional Needs through mentoring, coaching, and school programmes such as F.L.Y and L.O.L. The role focuses on developing social-emotional competencies and school engagement across lessons and after-school activities.

Youth Work Associates will collaborate with Year Heads, Counsellors, and teachers, documenting progress and adjusting strategies to empower SwANs in everyday school life.

Qualifications

• Experience in education support or youth mentoring.
• Ability to coordinate with teachers and welfare team.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with SwANs and provide tailored guidance.
• Reinforce social-emotional competencies during class, recess and after-school activities.
• Observe and document progress, adjusting support with the YH Team.
• Coordinate with families and school staff to sustain student development.
