Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Youth Work Associate to support youths in an institutional facility focused on community rehabilitation.

The position requires two years of Diploma experience and night-shift flexibility, with salary SGD 2,600–2,900 plus shift allowance, 5 days per week including weekends. Responsibilities include resident welfare, discipline, safety checks, incident response, and delivering trauma-informed daily interactions.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years working experience.
• Willing to perform night shift (10:30pm - 8:30am) on adhoc basis when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution.
• Support the shift during emergency.
• Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
• Ensure safety and security of premises, include perform body & property check, carry out security patrols, dormitory checks, and conduct urine test (when necessary)
• Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of the residents in the Hostel.
• Plan and conduct engagement activities in educational and recreational programmes for the residents
• Able to develop positive relationship with the residents.
• Facilitate proactive and restorative circles (attain competence)
• Involve in admission process.
• Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.
