Job Description :

• Maintain and update records of vehicle movements, waste collections, and disposal activities.
• Input data into systems (e.g., weighbridge software and inventory tracking)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Schedule regular maintenance and servicing of collection vehicles in coordination with the workshop or service providers.
• Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and downtime.
• Support incident reporting and coordination of vehicle breakdowns or accidents.
• Maintain documentation for audits and inspections (waste transfer notes, fleet compliance records, etc.).
Ad hoc duties and any other duties assign by the company

Requirements

• At least 1 year and above in waste management industry
• Able to OT when necessary
• Able to hands on when there is a shortage of manpower
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skill
• Strong leadership and communication skills
