The Cap Consulting Group Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Executive, Yacht Finance to manage the finances of a yacht portfolio owned by the investment firm. You will ensure strong financial control, accurate reporting, and regulatory compliance while supporting seamless day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality service to yacht owners.

Based in Singapore, the role offers a hybrid work arrangement (1–2 days WFH per week).

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience in operational accounting within an MNC
• CA/CPA/ACCA or on pathway is a plus
• Background in finance within yachting/hospitality or luxury services is useful though not mandatory

Responsabilités

• Produce regular financial reports for internal and owner stakeholders
• Perform monthly consolidation of accounts and variance analysis
• Manage and process expense claims; review credit card spend and reconciliation
• Prepare annual operational and project budgets; Accounts Payable & Payroll
• Verify vendor invoices and process payments in a timely manner
• Manage payroll for yacht crew and banking administration
• Support Know-Your-Client (KYC) and AML questionnaires
