x5 QC INSPECTOR/ PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN - 5 DAYS WORK WEEK

Summary:

• Industry: Manufacturing

• 5 days work, 8 - 5:30pm

• Basic salary up to $2400 + OT

• AWS + BONUS

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming inspections, analyses, and First Article Inspections (FAI) on raw materials and components based on established procedures and specification control drawings.

• Maintain and manage the instrument calibration system, including documentation and relevant procedures.

• Apply advanced quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, ANOVA, Taguchi methods, SPC, and Gauge R&R to develop robust, predictive, and transferable quality systems for production environments.

• Utilize and maintain basic hand tools and equipment, including power screwdrivers, rulers, soldering irons, clamp machines, heat guns, solder pots, crimpers, and pinning machine.

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the QA laboratory.

• Support internal and supplier audits in compliance with ISO Quality System requirements; audit, review, and approve final products and assemblies before they are accepted into finished goods inventory, ensuring all shop folder documentation is processed.

• Coordinate daily inspection activities to support validation requirements and ensure timely completion of inspections aligned with project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
