WW Sales - Senior Sales Business Intelligence Lead

Description

In this role, you will:- Identify innovative analytical methodologies and visualization techniques to turn data into meaningful actions by tapping into innovative tools and processes that can automate, self-serve, and inform the entirety of the Sales organization.- Drive data-driven culture across Sales by scaling your knowledge across teams and sharing your deep expertise on business trends.- Collaborate closely with Sales reporting and analytics team to drive product roadmap and vision for integrating AI/ML insights in sales business cadences.- Support synthesizing market trends (industry structure, competitive behavior, segment behavior and sentiment, macro economic evolution, reseller and channel performance, ecosystem economics, etc.) to translate relevant forces into business implications and potential actions by sharing your distilled analysis with the Sales organization in partnership with route to market biz ops team.- Drive business performance analysis by identifying variances, defining causes, specifying potential actions and their impact. Understand and show impact of market and competitive dynamics on business performance over various time periods.- Deliver overall and disaggregated analyses of sales performance (e.g., partner and product growth vs. market/sub-market, share changes, etc.) leading to useful, compounded insights for executive leadership by educating and articulating the multi-year business plan.- Provide analytics to manage trade-offs in times of product constraints (within business, across the U.S.).- Foster deep collaboration with cross-functional partner teams including Operations and Finance, sharing insights about the business and connecting the dots across organizations.- Communicate efficiently and effectively within the team and external senior management partners.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience
  • Background in sales operations, business planning, finance, strategy, analytics, and/or similar function
  • Experience working with large complex data sets in Excel, SQL, and Tableau
  • Exceptional decision-making and storytelling skills to transform data into actionable insights, business plans, and long-term vision
  • Comfort managing ambiguity and ability to aggregate information from multiple sources to formulate a cohesive strategy or direction
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners
  • Experience partnering with engineering / data science teams to provide the voice of the user and help drive the roadmap of internal system and tools forward
  • Ability to analyze trends, develop insights, and identify opportunities to create solutions and drive business growth
  • Passion for using data to create a vision and guide partners on a journey through fact based evidence, insights, and data management capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of the consumer electronics industry (e.g., products, technologies, trends, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
  • Experience in business operations, market and customer insights, and/or supply chain may be desirable
  • Effective presentation skills and experience “storytelling through data” to motivate and inspire
  • Outstanding communication skills with the flexibility to adapt approach to various technical and non-technical audiences
  • Passion and self-motivation with outstanding tenacity, sense of urgency, and follow-through
  • Experience in using or implementing AI/ML to drive automation
  • Familiarity with Gen AI paradigms such as RAG, Prompt Engineering, vector databases, agents, etc.
