Job summary

Une entreprise de gestion des ressources humaines bien établie à Singapour recherche un Officier de Sécurité (WSHO) pour superviser et maintenir les normes de sécurité sur le lieu de travail, en mettant l'accent sur la conformité ISO et les pratiques acceptables. Le candidat idéal a une expérience significative dans la construction et est enregistré comme WSHO et ECO Officer.

Qualifications

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de la construction.
• Expérience de travail avec une entreprise de construction A1 ou A2.

Responsibilities

• Revoir et maintenir le Système de Gestion de la Sécurité et des Procédures de Travail Sécurisées.
• Enquêter sur les infrations WSH et les accidents industriels.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain Safety Management System, Safe Work Procedures, and Risk Assessments.
• Identify improvement areas and monitor implementation of recommended measures through site inspections and team engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to plan, implement, and maintain effective WSHE work plans.
• Investigate WSH infringements and industrial accidents, recommending preventive actions.
• Handle incident reporting, investigations, and propose corrective measures.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, GGB, ConSASS, and Bizsafe.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on WSH issues.

Requirements:

• Registered WSHO & ECO Officer
• At least 5 working experience in construction industry (design & build/industrial warehouse)
• Working experience with A1 or A2 construction company.
