• MOM-registered WSH Officer.
• Minimum 2 years' WSH experience in construction.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor WSHMS and Risk Management on site
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and weekly safety walks
• Ensure compliance with company HSE Plan, ISO, SCDF, NEA & MOM standards
• Lead incident investigations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions
• Guide site teams on safe work practices and proactive risk prevention
• Organize toolbox talks, HSE campaigns, and drive global/local safety initiatives
• Monitor HSE performance, enforce CAPA, and support Safety KPI achievement
• Lead safety culture across multiple sites
• Perform ad hoc HSE duties as assigned

Requirements:

• WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH (Level C) or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree
• MOM-registered WSH Officer (Appointed Person)
• Min. 2 years' WSH experience in the construction industry
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Strong in BBSO & Hazard Report analysis and monthly HSE reporting
• Valid Class 3 Driving License (company vehicle provided)
• Independent, disciplined, and committed to high safety standards
• Proactive safety leader, confident handling multiple sites

Working Schedule: 5.5 Days (Monday to Saturday), Alternate Saturdays

Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30 – 12.30 (Sat)

Working Location: Multiple project sites
