CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Safety Officer to uphold WSH and environmental controls on construction sites. You will supervise safety practices, coordinate toolbox talks, and maintain thorough safety records to support MOM compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years in the Building & Construction sector, a proactive mindset, and strong interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse site teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry.
• Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in HDB/JTC/Building & Commercial/Mix Development is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all operations comply with WSH, Environmental Control regs, and statutory requirements.
• Follow up on site walk inspection findings and support in closing reports; assist incident investigations.
• Conduct daily safety checklists and run weekly toolbox meetings.
• Coordinate with site personnel to improve safety and cleanliness on worksites.
• Ensure supervisors and workers follow approved safe work procedures.
• Assist in organizing monthly Safety Committee meetings and preparing safety reports; track safety issues.
• Maintain safety records and conduct daily site safety inspections.
• Supervise workers to ensure MOM regulations are followed.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
