Job summary

QXY RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Workplace Safety and Health professional to support project safety management, ensure compliance, and promote a strong safety culture in construction projects located in Singapore.

You will develop WSH procedures, communicate KPIs, provide guidance to employees, and lead toolbox talks to minimize risk and incidents across sites. This role requires a proactive safety mindset and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must hold MOM Registered Safety Officer certification.
• Strong knowledge of the WSH Act and risk analysis methods.
• Proficiency in safety management systems and OSHA guidelines implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement WSH procedures to enhance workplace safety.
• Communicate WSH KPIs to Site/Project Managers and monitor targets.
• Provide guidance on safety matters to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in project planning to address WSH considerations.
• Monitor compliance with WSH legislation and liaise with authorities.
• Coordinate toolbox talks and safety meetings to promote awareness.
• Review safety inspection reports and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Lead by example to foster safety culture across projects.
