Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) professional to oversee compliance and investigations on the property in Singapore. The role requires a Polytechnic Diploma and a Specialist Diploma in WSH with a minimum of five years in safety management.

You will work with the Division Safety Committee to drive risk assessments, incident investigations, and the development of safe operating procedures while ensuring alignment with local regulations and safety best practices.

Qualifications

• Must have a Polytechnic Diploma in any field.
• Specialist Diploma in WSH (Level C) is required.
• Good understanding of local safety & health regulations.
• Minimum 5 years in WSH; 3 years in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and guiding the implementation of WSH guidelines and compliance with daily operations.
• Lead or participate in WSH incident investigations and reporting with Division Safety Committee.
• Monitor investigation progress and provide monthly status updates to Director.
• Lead hazard identification and risk assessments in the Division Safety Committee.
• Coordinate reports and follow-up reviews with WSH SPOC on control measures.
