Job summary

Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a WSH Officer to support the Senior Manager in implementing Workplace Safety and Health guidelines across daily operations on the property.

You will lead or participate in incident investigations, conduct hazard identifications, and coordinate with the WSH SPOC to ensure timely closure of actions, while collecting data for analytics and assisting with safety activities.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma holder with Specialist WSH diploma required.
• Registered WSHO or FSM certification advantageous.
• Good understanding of local safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Manager in implementing WSH guidelines tied to daily operations.
• Lead or participate in WSH incident investigations and reporting.
• Provide monthly status updates on investigation completion to Director.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments in the division.
• Coordinate reports with WSH SPOC on control measures.
• Collect and provide safety operation data for analytics.
• Support WSH team and stakeholders to organize safety activities.
• Outline and update safe operating procedures considering hazards.
• Contribute to WSH roadmap by executing year-on-year activities.
